1. Website operator & scope
These terms describe use of the website operated under the business name shown below. They cover the website’s information, illustrative tools and enquiries. They do not, by themselves, create a dispatch agreement.
2. Enquiries & dispatch agreements
You may browse the website, use its calculator and contact us about services. An enquiry does not open an account, reserve freight, lock a rate, authorise a booking or commit either party to dispatch services.
Services begin only after the relevant parties agree on the scope, fees and necessary authorisations in writing. The applicable service agreement governs the actual dispatch relationship and any issue it expressly addresses differently from these website terms, subject to mandatory law.
If you act for a business, you must have authority to provide its information and make the requests you submit.
3. Service scope & carrier decisions
Agreed support may include load searches, broker communication, rate negotiation, booking coordination, carrier paperwork and billing-document assistance. Availability depends on equipment, location, operating preferences, carrier qualifications and broker requirements.
Our no-forced-dispatch approach means the carrier chooses which proposed loads to accept. Authority to sign documents, accept loads or make commitments on behalf of a carrier must be established separately; visiting this website does not grant it.
Carriers remain responsible for safe vehicle operation, driver qualifications, applicable operating authority, insurance and accepted shipment requirements. Dispatch advice does not override safe operating limits or legal obligations.
4. Illustrative rates & revenue
The revenue estimator uses fixed example rates and selected weekly miles. Weekly gross is miles multiplied by the example rate; the four-week figure is weekly gross multiplied by four; the displayed dispatch fee is 5% of illustrative weekly gross. Display values are rounded.
These outputs are not a quote, live load-board feed or guarantee of work, payment or earnings. Gross revenue is not net profit. Fuel, insurance, maintenance, taxes, financing, factoring fees, unpaid miles and downtime are not separately deducted.
Homepage rate and load examples are illustrations. Actual opportunities, availability, compensation and payment terms must be confirmed for each shipment.
5. Fees & payment
The advertised dispatch commission is 5%. Before services begin, the written agreement must specify its calculation basis, included services, invoicing frequency, due dates and payment methods.
The agreement should address how fuel surcharges, accessorial amounts, cancellations, adjustments and disputed invoices are treated. The website calculator does not determine those contractual details.
No setup fee, late fee, charge to a payment method or payment authorisation is created by browsing this website or preparing an enquiry. Broker and factoring payments remain subject to their own applicable agreements; dispatch support does not guarantee a payout date.
6. Pausing or ending services
Service is advertised without long-term contract lock-in. The written agreement should explain how to pause or end future support, where notice must be sent and how active work, final invoices and any applicable adjustments are handled.
Ending dispatch support does not automatically cancel a booked shipment or remove amounts properly due for work already performed. No termination penalty, automatic renewal or minimum service term is created by these website terms.
7. Contact form & communication
Enquiries submitted through our forms are processed by our hosting server and sent to our business inbox. Please do not include sensitive documents.
For urgent active-load matters, use the communication channels agreed with your assigned contact and the relevant shipment parties. Website enquiries are not an emergency service and response times are not guaranteed.
Provide accurate information and avoid sensitive documents in general enquiries. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.
8. Acceptable use & content
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, distribute malicious code, disrupt availability, bypass restrictions or access non-public systems or information without authorisation.
Website content, design and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and retain a reasonable copy for business evaluation. Other use requires permission unless allowed by applicable law. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences.

9. Availability & responsibility
The website may contain errors or become unavailable. General information and illustrative tools should not be the sole basis for a shipment, financial or operational decision. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for every operation.
This does not override an express service commitment or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here excuses fraud, intentional misconduct or misleading representations. These website terms impose no broad indemnity, fixed liability cap, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
10. Concerns, changes & applicable law
Contact us with a description of any concern and relevant correspondence or invoice reference. Informal discussion does not require you to give up legal rights or miss a deadline.
Applicable law and any validly agreed service-contract provisions govern the relevant relationship. These website terms do not select an exclusive court or jurisdiction.
We may update website information and these terms. An update does not retrospectively change agreed fees, accepted bookings or a signed agreement. Required notice or acceptance of a material change will be handled through an appropriate process. Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.
